Indoor Found mold, what now?

Cut off the infected branches, salvaged what i could. What do I do now, cut the whole plant down (11.5 weeks in, probably another 3+ weeks left) or hope that it doesn't spread?

Are these outside or inside? Outside not much you can do just hope for sun, no rain, and low humidity.
