Outdoor first guerrilla grow/ second outdoor

Evening folks so I reckon its about day 11ish. My little darlings are looking good, if a little bit gangly. I think they're not vetting enough light so iv stepped up the night time lighting to a 200W dual spec cfl with reflector got no fan so need to leave the door a jar. They're 2 or 3 inches from the light. Hopefully they'll put on a bit better growth. Oh and look at my little friend, is it a threat to my babies?

Nice spider - it should eat any aphids or whitefly that might come along. I wouldn't worry about it - in fact in an indoor rig it should have a name. In my outdoor coldframe there are several different spiders - too many to give names to. They only become a pest if they start making big matted webs (carpet spiders). But yours is just a wee one.

Aye its just in my starter closet another week or so n hopefully be planting out

Hey guys just a quick catch up before work. So I think the babies are about 14ish days old so week 2. Growth has started to pick up. I think they're still a bit behind though as most are just on their 2nd set of true leaves. I think my hopes of getting them out next week might have to be postponed another week. I managed to fix my old fan from a previous grow so at least now they're getting a breeze and seem to be enjoying the 200w cfl after enduring the 15w Japanese led. As I mentioned before a few look effected from soil that is too hot but others don't look so bothered. I gave a small dose of seaweed extract today figuring I'll lay off any nutrients for another week or 2 if the soils still providing them in excess. Could anybody confirm whether these discolourings are nute burn or light bleaching or something else? First 2 thumbnails. 3rd is messed up first true leaves this is the one that appeared to have no true leaves to start with Thanks in advance.

Giving the darlings an hour outside today before work seem to be improving, luckily so does the weather.

Hey guys so I reckon we are on about day 21ish so week 3. Nobody has shown their sex but I think they're running a bit behind. Growth has been good mostly on 3 or 4th internode and just about to start side branching. The weather has been improving, its not super sunny but nice n warm n humid. All the vegetation at the site has gotten so big I couldn't see it from 5ft away through the weeds. So iv moved 4 of the bigger more developed autos as most seem to have established a nice healthy root system. And I think the outdoor sun will give them a better chance now. I think I moved one T.D, one N.L n 2 Buddha mystery seeds. And while continue moving the rest over next week or so. I'll give ita few days to see how these ones get on.

Spiders are predators, they aren't vegetarian lol. leave it there. I have resident spiders on & around my outdoor plants, they are guardians :)

Ahhh but armed with that knowledge - you have to ask yourself if there's enough food in the grow room for a spider to survive, and have you confined him or her to a life of solitude guarding plants with no hope of companionship? The wife jumps onto chairs if there's a large house-spider so my older daughter and I naturally love them :)

LOL fair point Scot ! maybe relocate it back into the great outdoors
:peace:

Hey folks so the babies are getting on well, still no sign of showing sex but I'm not rushing them. They've reached a stage where they need to take the next step. So the 4 biggest ones have made the transition to the site. They seem to have nice white n healthy looking roots. I cleared the weeds a bit around the bases and gave them a good watering in. The next few will be making the move in the next few days and hopefully we will get some sunshine. I haven't seen the spider in a while but there's loads of them, its an old house.
