And that Sour Stomper 2 in its weird homemade airpot. Maybe 3 weeks old? I don’t remember, it’s date is written down somewhere.

Anyone to weigh in on harvest signs? I’m looking to not get too much cbn, I don’t need any help feeling tired, but many of these are Indica heavy plants. Figured I’d wait until I start seeing mostly cloudy and some amber, but is there anything you find reliable in addition to trichs? Also does anyone do a progressive harvest from the top, or just chop the whole plant?
Thanks

My GC critical purple auto at 11 weeks and a week away from chop town. I look at the trichs with a loop to look for milky color with a few amber. That is the most reliable way to check for ripeness.

Thanks for the look ahead, she looks awesome. My CP1 is just about 11 weeks too, but the start was all really cold so she was set behind a bit.

I saw from your post that you grew a couple of the critical purples. Are they both pretty similar in size development and structure? The reason I ask is that I also grew two and they couldn't look or act more differently. One grew super tall and leggy with few fan leaves and the other is super bushy. Just different pheno types I guess

Wow those are nice. They are both pretty similar, but one was lst’d starting early and the other is growing naturally. The lst one was also started 10 days earlier, she was kind of my guinea pig.

Here’s Cp1 and cp2, 1 is 76 days and 2 is probably 66.

Cooler morning today, so I could actually smell the plants. The Sour Stomper has an awesome fresh grape smell to it, somewhere between fresh cut grapes and grape candy. The Critical Purple smells like roses a bit.

I’ve been pulling caterpillars off for awhile now, I go out every day and look for em. Lately I haven’t seen very many, maybe find one or two a day, but today I found one inside a young flower on Chemdawg. It was accompanied by rotten tissue and mold. I pulled the whole flower off, but the rest of the cola still smells suspicious. It’s tricky because chemdawg is a weird smelling strain anyway.
Either way I’m now doubling my efforts, but may look into treatment, it was easy to find them before, but now there’s so much flower to hide in.
