Ran into some problems, hopefully anybody can help. Leaves have discoloration and burnt tip along with some holes in the leaves. Any help is appreciated. I cut some dead leaves also. First week of flower (WCOG)

I would agree with @StarBright. I was underfeeding calmag and my plants looked similar to yours and new growth was very light green, especially underneath. I increased calmag and they improved within 3 days. I still might not be using enough calmag, but my tap water has a high EC, so it leaves little room for nutes.
