I heard that clover helps with water retention, and the roots will break down any organic matter incase I need to top dress with something. Also I can cut them down and add them to my soil if I feel like recycling it. Any remaining clover seeds will eventually breakdown too. I got you with more close up pics later today right before watering them.

Tbh I think that clover isn't necessary and it adds an extra variable that could possibly cause trouble. I'm keeping track of the leaves though and so far so good. Next time I'll try not using it to see the difference.
Hey guys It's day 9 and so far so good. I haven't noticed any yellowing at all and I can't wait to see how these guys are going to look on day 15 which was where we left off on the first run. Enjoy these pictures of some special herbs. :smoking:
