New Grower First Grow - Mephisto - Jammy Dodgers #2 (4)

It was my first and only attempt so far but I personally had great luck with Fox Farm Light Warrior for starting in the final pot. Just fill in the pot around a solo cup with your regular soil mix, pull the cup out and fill that hole with light warrior (i mixed half and half LW and OF, filled the bottom 1/3 with that then just LW on top). Then I watered the whole pot with phd water to just a little runoff. After that i put in the pot the tent with my seedling mat set at 72° for 24hrs. I soaked my seeds for 4 hrs, but I don't know if its really necessary or beneficial. Then buried about 1/4-1/3 inch deep. I left them in the dark for 24 hours then turned my light on 18/6 on like 40% and sprayed lightly 2-3 times a day. Also, just planted a bunch of veggie seeds in Light Warrior and have gotten damn near perfect germination so far! Hope this helps, I'll be following along!

Alright everyone I've placed all of the pots in the tent 70% Happyfrog 20% Promix hp and 10% perlite I also added some root magic mycorrhizae to the center, watered them till run off with tap water, then I placed two seeds of each strain a fingernail deep about 3 inches away from each other. I also checked the PAR levels and adjusted the lights now I'm at 200 PAR using both the COBs and the BE LEDs together cuz why not have a blend as long as the PAR level is fine.

Going to keep the top soil moist every 12-24 hours with my sprayer. I'll update everyone once the seedlings have popped and that will be the new Day 1. Since I'm using Happyfrog I won't be feeding them nutrients for at least a few weeks but I will be adding recharge and fish sh!t to the next watering and each one thereafter. Let's see how it goes.

The plant with the backwards tag is a mephisto cross that I won't name until later on for fun. Hopefully all goes well. thanks for reading

Day 2~~~

Hello guys, I have an update. Around two days ago I noticed most seedlings emerging. Today the pots have seedlings around an inch tall so I'll consider today Day 2.

Day 4~~~

Noticed that some of the seedlings were bending over a bit so I mounded up some soil around them to prop it up. Sprayed down the top soil with water.
