First Grow In Almost 2 Years!

DAY 1! 3/3
  • The last autoflower seedling broke soil this morning! Day 1 on 3/3 i'm calling it for all of them so I don't get mixed up. Temp is 72°- 75°F and humidity is staying at 75%. DLI is 15. Lights are 36" from canopy. Soil has nutes enough for first 3 weeks approx. so just PH 6.5 spring water until I see they are starting to get hungry. 1st time using this soil so it's trial and error. I'll post another update In 1 week hopefully with all good news! (The sweet cheese that broke soil this morning is still lifting its head but it's out and looking for light so I'm counting it!)

Had the hole already for the fan and I cut one for the duct through the screen viewing window. I have it pulling then blowing back in. Has a controller so I can adjust the flow rate make for the perfect airflow.

Put the grommets in then straightened metal hangers and bent the ends to hold in place. Easily removable and sturdy. (Yes OCD made me cut them all to the same length after the photo 🤣)

Plenty of metal clips to hang buds!

It fits right on top of my grow tent for easy storage. I have it going now in the tiny house it's sitting at 70°f and 45% RH so full it'll sit right around 55-60% which is perfect!

    NL final weight
  • Northern Lights I had to dry a little faster to make room for the AK plant. 6 days in tent and got it in paper bags now.
Total weight of 225g. I have officially grew a 1/2lb plant!!!!! Super excited my biggest plant and yield so far!

    Week 11. StrawBurried Kush.
  • Soo we are on day 77 for Strawburried Kush. I kept the larfy sections I cut out beforehand and the smoke is AMAZING. Very sweet but tart flavor and a bit earthy as well which I like. Can't wait until these solid buds are ready. She is starting to foxtail and I'm not a big fan of that so I'm giving her another week then gets the chop!

    StrawBurried Kush (HARVEST)
  • Day 80. StrawBurried Kush RBX1 (jeanos Genetics).
She got the chop today. Pretty easy plant with very dense and smelly buds. Toward the end got a hint of a dark pink/red color to her. Smells gassy, earthy with a hint of something else I cannot put my finger on yet. Maybe it'll show after a cure! Stayed pretty small but was also nitrogen sensitive so that could have been why. Great plant in all though will be a pretty solid yield for the space taken!

    StrawBurried Kush (Dry weight)
  • Well StrawBurried Kush is dry enough for the paper bag so weigh in time. Total weight of 102 grams. Not to bad at all for such a small plant! Buds are nice and dense and the red color came out a little more very nice looking. Excited to try it cured! Sticky as sticky gets also might be a good contender for pressing if I had the setup. I have to add it was not fun to trim though. Very very leafy plant more than any other plant I've grown by far but the appearance and taste of the buds even before cured is definitely worth it!
