see on your mephisto girls they have white hairs coming from the bit you have circled in the other picture this means there female so when u flower the kush it should produce these and not little sacks just keep a eye out it will happen over week or so its not a problem until a male plant is mature enough to produce pollen it will be fine if its with females when its young

if it was me and had the space id keep it vegging while the autos grow and finish then do it 12/12 after along with the blimburn maybe. its up to you all depends on space and how much light you have
