So I finally have an update and let me tell you its been a constant struggle, so ive constantly smoked to maintain lol.

On August 1st or 2nd I came home to find a single bug terrorizing my babies it took bites out of some of my leaves,
however they're buffalo soldiers to the fullest, and didn't seem deterred.

On the other hand, after introducing a miniscule
amount of nutes I was left to find my plants began developing yellowing on the tips of the leaves as well as curling at the
bottom. I was not sure if this was due to my use of nutes so early on an auto, or the fact that the temps above canopy
are 89-91F with lights on, so to remedy this I flushed out my reservoir with new pH'd water.

After this I was hit with another low blow, as my clumsy friend stepped on my ph meter and broke
it now for the past two days ive been "winging it" pH wise adding a drop or two of pH down daily,
which I know is no good for my plant. Ive already ordered a new pH and ppm meter, however:

Does anyone know where to find regular pH strips for cheap? Im not willing to dish out another $20
at the hydro store when I've already ordered one online.

Also, can anyone tell what is wrong with my plant, deficiency/abundance or heat stress? or all of the above?

The roots are continuing to strive, leading me to believe my plant is totally salvageable, I just want the
health of my plants.

Bump for some much needed aid! Is this an iron or magnesium deficiency and what could I use to combat this? GH micro seems to contain small portions of iron and magnesium would it be foolish to add a drop to the resevoir to test?

Id guess if your not giving them any nutes yet there screaming for some food bro?.

Sounds like your very wary of giving them anything at this stage & that is a general rule for auto's ...but mostly soil ect.With hydro stuff happens fast & my best guess looking is there ready for a good dose of root stim & a touch of base veg ... upto around 300/400 ppm (depending on brand) .

If it where my nutes id go full rhizotonic (root stim) & make up the ppm to 400 with base veg for a week ... then half the root stim & up the ppm by 100 the week after ..with a touch of silica as well !. :stylez rasta smoke:

I threw in a little gh micro before this post this morning oddly lol (as that's all I have other than bloom and after takin advice from an earlier post didn't wanna introduce it so quck) but I figured since I introduced nutes so early I was afraid to get another nute burn but ill definitely keep monitoring nd adding small amounts of nutes thanks for the much needed help, I didn't realize hydro grew so quickly its amazing!

You don't have any grow, just micro and bloom? If your using GH 3 part you need all 3

I'm using the Lucas Formula, it requires no grow..

Day 14(or so)

I was able to save my babies by adding some much needed nutes.
I also was able to pick up another ph meter for the time being so
everythings back to normal, plants are doin great and lookin much
healthier.
Here's an update.

Grow Temps: Lights on: 88-90F Lights off:75-79F

Res Temps: Below 68F

pH: Somewhere in between 5.5 and 6.2

I was able to get the color back healthy looking
(tried but couldn't rotate the pics for some reason)
