New Grower First Grow - Dinafem Widow & Amnesia

Day 55:

They look like they are packing on weight still. Buds look denser than yesterday! Humidity gone up to 50% in the tent not much i can do as its very humid outside at the moment. Hoping I can get it back down to the 35-40%. Temperature is at 29c which not really happy about but not much I can do because of temps outside. The plant that was all hairs has started filling out now as well so I am interested to see how big the colas get (theres around 8-10 branches)

Harvest Estimation:

I am hoping at the minimum for 300g dry from the plants. I got a feeling they may give me a surprise and yield more but i guess it relies on how much they fatten up in the next 2-3 weeks - I could end up disappointed if they don't put on enough weight!

I have tried to count bud sites and its near on impossible because theres so many! I think I got up to 80-90 buds on 3 plants then lost where I was lol! There must be 150-200+ bud sites on the top canopy then a ton of popcorn buds on the bottom!

Day 57:

A lot of yellowing happening now on the plants, 2-3 leaves falling off each plant daily now! Got a nice box load of leaves that will be used either for butter or creams. Going to just feed PH'd water to all of them from now on as I believe they should be ready in 2-3 weeks.

1 of the plants looks like the buds have all fox tailed - they are huge but when you look at them they are not dense at all (The plant never looked right from the start - leaves curling up but never heat stressed). The buds have loads of leaves in them and very airy! Hopefully this one will still turn out ok after trimming.

2 of the plants look like they are going to be ready in the next 7-10 days - going to leave all of them as long as I can (until bud leaves start to yellow). Hopefully this will give me the best yield.

Image 4645 shows the fox tailed messed up plant lol.. Hopefully it will still yield well. The way the leaves look is like its suffered heat stress but can't see how as the temps have maintained at 25-29c since the start.

Day 58:

Everything is filling out nicely. Bud leaves have started to lose there colour now as well - I am going to feed today and going to give some cannaboost and cannazym (Canna says to feed till the end but I am going to stop after this one). Maybe the plants will be done quicker than I expected.

Looks like 1-3 of them will be ready in next 7 days to be cut but we shall see!

Also to add I found out why the buds have fox tailed on the amnesia plants, was looking at the dinafem write up for the original amnesia and its says that this happens so its put my mind at rest that the plants have acted in this way. Apparently they swell out big time towards the end - I am anxious to see this as they say 85 days to be ready so they have got at least another 15-20 days.

The widow says that it should be done in 75 days so the 4 widow plants look right on schedule - still have a lot of leaves to drop as of yet so they may be another 10 days.. Loads of orange hairs now and looks like the weight is being put on these now as a few branches have been bent which have now been tied back up. Most of the tricombes are still clear only spotted a few cloudy ones

All the plants are drinking a lot of water now - around 3-4 litres each every 2-3 days. Before it was taking them 5-7 days for them to get through that amount.

Day 59:

Some Weed PORN!

A hell of a lot of yellowing now. Even some of the bud leaves are loosing colour now! It makes me paranoid a bit that I over fed but I did stick to the light feeding schedule from canna and didn't start feeding them till they were 3 weeks old. The plant directly under the 600w light is going yellow evenly all over - buds have finally started to fill out on this one. I am thinking of moving this one to the side as its the slowest to progress on the buds... all the over plants have filled out a lot.

Day 59:

Not much to really to report on today. I think now the progress won't seem as quick because of the size of the buds now, its getting hard to see if they have got bigger.

Some of the widow buds have been same size for a week but look like they are getting heavier (Have had to string the branches to stop them snapping).
