If vegetation goes well, am I going to have some cramping issues in there? This tent is only 32x32"... Will it matter if they invade each others' space a bit?
This is 1 plant in a tent your size :yoinks:  5 gallon DWC.

Is that an auto?

Do you suggest I keep this in mind when training? :p Or can they intermingle a bit?

Three plants in a triangle next time, I think...

You are not going to have much choice and it does not hurt at all. Harvest can be more work if they ripen at different times. That plant was Dinafem Moby Dick CBD a photoperiod plant but I have grown autos just as big. Fast Buds Green Crack Autos got that big!

Thanks! I like the 600w (266w actual) LED quite a bit so far (for only 7.1 sqft), but I've considered getting a second array and slightly increasing tent size someday. I don't know, though--the spatial and electrical efficiency of the current setup right now (288w total draw) appeals to me a lot on a practical level, and this whole thing is about having a personal/family supply... As you can see, everything fits so neatly in the tent and the tent fits so neatly in a corner of a walk-in closet--considering I'm an economy smoker (as are family members who may benefit) who can make an ounce of top grade stuff last many months, I think I'm probably going to be satisfied.
That should be fine 32x32 inches. 7 square ft and your right you cant beat led and cmh for efficiency that light should be equivalent to a 450 hid. Plus you will get better light penetration than a 450 hid and less heat. If conditions are kept proper you could yield 10 plus oz dry Cheers dave

Day 10: Things are nice and boring as they probably should be at this point. Growth is really starting to accelerate. I backed down the CalMag to 3 mL (regular dose being 5 mL), not because I see any issues, but because I think that should probably be plenty. Toward the end I may go down to 2 mL.

Second photo is Sour Crack, third is Forum Stomper. Lights are at 20". Doesn't seem to be too close.

These plants look great! It always seems slow for the first 14 to 21 days. Then they go crazy until bloom begins then it seems really sloooooooooow to harvest.

Glad they're looking good.

Made some discoveries today, as well as my first major* mistake: I had my thermometer/hygrometer right in front of the tent's fresh air intake. I knew the exhaust fan is better at sucking out humidity it is at sucking out heat, but this really exaggerated the effect, and I was putting way more effort into balancing humidity and heat than I actually needed to as a result. Further, I also wasn't compensating for low leaf temperature (part of the VPD equation). I took an IR thermometer and found my leaf temps were a good 3-4c below what the thermometer/hygrometer was picking up (in its suboptimal location).

All this really means is I'll have to do less variac/humidifier dial micromanaging and I can relax about VPD more generally. It had become a bit of an obsession. :kitty:

*Ok, not that major, but pretty stupid.

Day 11: I know it's normal for brand new growth to be a little bit yellowish-green relative to the older leaves, but I feel like the older two leaves are a little light toward the ends. I pulled the lights back a couple inches. I don't really see any indications of light burn here--maybe I reacted quickly enough, or maybe I'm just bored and looking for problems that don't exist. ;)

I don't see anything wrong in the photo?

I'm probably just paranoid. It just looked a little lighter than the day prior.
