Indoor First grow 23w cfl's, Ak47 and White widow

My bad man, I misunderstood your first post. I try to stay caught up as much as I can. I think they look okay, and I'm sure they'll fatten up more. But for some cfl's, not bad. I've heard of people harvesting in stages, top to bottom so that all the smaller buds get bigger. I've never tried it, but I'm sure someone knows someone that can say whether it holds any weight.

yep, biggest top buds first then the plant will put its energy into fattening the remaining buds.
its not like they are going to miraculously become the same size as the top buds but they will get bigger;
the lower buds are often a week or so behind the top buds in their development,
so it makes sense to harvest gradually from the top down.

Thanks Oldbie!

End of week 6. Will be watering tomorrow as it seems dry already from Thursday's watering..granted it has been hot for 2 days. Cut off the completely yellowed leaves. Here is the same shot from now and beginning of week 6 last Monday.

There are a couple really nice buds forming there @comet79 !!
I knew the plants were growing, but until I looked at the side by side shots, I didn't realize how much they added in the 6 days this week, even though they went through some hunger for half the week. Will be watering tomorrow instead as I didn't pick up the bloom fert today, and its 80% humidity outside with temps in the mid/upper 80's. Humidity will be cut in less than half by Wednesday. Got organic unsulphured molasses today as well that I will be adding to every water or every other watering, we'll see...max 3 times in 2 weeks. Will post pics tmr of the molasses and bloom fert I got. Its gonna be either a Schultz liquid fert 2-7-7 with added iron zinc and manganese, or a water soluble one at 15-30-15. I cant find anything here that's extra low in nitrogen and higher in the other two, especially phosphorus. If I can get the 2-7-7 schultz cactus feed, i'll get that.

Yeah..the ak is supposed to be done in 5-7 weeks lol. Either way..im chopping them down tonight and whatever I get I get...no point to keep them going..they're dying by the hour. I wish everyone a successful grow and the best of luck in this venture!!! Im actually going to quit smoking as a result of this...its too expensive to keep buying it and since im not able to grow them..its time to end this venture for me. Take care everyone and hope my mistakes teach some people and they'll avoid the same pitfalls! All the best to everyone, this thread can be closed.
Don't give up! Everyone runs into issues you just learn how to fix and prevent them! There's so many people here willing to help you. Some strains tale longer than advertised that's normal. You have to go by what the plant tells you.

I noticed the help, its why I continued:) I picked up the molasses today and will be getting the other two items tomorrow. I couldn't find anything with a lower N ratio in 4 stores, so will be picking that violet thing up tomorrow. Will be feeding with it tmr..im not sure, should I mix in the coconut water and the molasses with the feed as well or is that too much? Was thinking half a tablespoon molasses and quarter cup coconut water to the gallon of water. Fert at half strength.

Im gonna try home depot as my last resort tomorrow..they have a couple different kinds that I haven't seen at the other stores. a 5-30-5 liquid fert and it says its good for fruiting plants as well. Not sure about Schultz, its all chemical and im wondering if the molasses and coconut water are useless if I use a chemical fert like Shultz.
just went through their site..same as everywhere..Schultz or miracle gro:(

I'll ask the stoners in LS chat if the molasses and coconut water are still effective with a chemical nutrient. I'll tag you in it, so you can check it out when you get home tonight. :pass:
