New Grower First ever grow, Northern Lights auto. Wish me luck!

Day 80: So tonight was 7L of pH 6.18/1350ppm in. Still seeing slow progression of sick leaves but again nothing drastic.

RO around 0.5L after the first 4 came out at pH 5.80/2260ppm

Another 1L and it was pH 5.89/1920ppm
Another 1L and it was pH 5.93/1780ppm
Another 1L and it was pH 5.95/1720ppm

Final measurement of the dregs and it was pH 5.99/1590ppm back within 240ppm of water in so decided to stop there.

Flowers and frosting everywhere, just need the girl to put some weight on.
Anyone care to hazard a guess and how long I might have left... ?

let'z say the 80d u've already put in, plus anuther 80 fer good meazure, eh-? that'z the ticket! :joy: ppp

Day 81: She had 3L of pH 6.18/1350ppm with 1L RO of pH 5.93/1850ppm today. Still think there is some leaf damage spreading, still slowly and perhaps only on leaves already damaged...:nono:

Anyway here is her environment charts for the full 81 days :backside:

anyway, enough waffle, time for a little picture show :eyebrows:

No, I actually stopped the extra 1ml/L of CalMag I was using from what @Waira had said, and to lower the very high ppms. I think my Canna nutes already have CalMag in them tho so it's not getting none.

Bit confused whether I need to add some or not and what to leave out to keep the ppms down.

Also, to my untrained eye, some of the trichomes look cloudy ... is the effect subtle or obvious and I'm just not there yet?

ya, i was kinda scopin that out too in certain of the picz, but i kinda put it off as a trick o' the light, cuz other pic anglez show all clear, so... ppp

Buds are starting to really fill in. I am in the same boat having a few signs of stress in the plants but the flowers continue to build so...
Looking good. hang in there. :smokeit:

She’s a beast of a plant and your doing great!

I had a similar issue of overfeeding and it created a nutrient lock out with so much feed left in the pot. Salts build up as the ppm rises with each feeding. Look at it like this she only needs so much food just like a human. When your overfeeding it’s like us eating 10 meals in one day versus 3. So if your feeding her 700 and she’s only eating 300....400 is left in there and then tomorrow you add 700 more and so on....

I fixed my issue by using RO water, reducing my ppm of my feed to around 300-400 and increasing the amount of run off I had after each feeding. I use coco coir I’m not sure what your using for medium or nutrients your using so take it with a grain of salt. I’m just trying to help you out and teach what I learn from my mistakes. I flushed my plant using double the water or until the ppm was down in a safer zone.

If you have an ec or ppm meter it can help you determine if your over feeding if the runoff is coming out much higher than what your feeding.

If you feed 400 ppm you should see around that coming out in the run off. When I had my issue I was feeding around 600-700 ppm and seeing 2500 coming out. Now I’m still learning myself but I find less is more plus you save nutrients for future grows. I try to stay around 300-400 in flower and between 200-300 in veg. I use GH nutes at the moment.

Sorry for the long rant I just want to help out if I can in the simplest way I can explain it.

Thanks @FullAuto245 I have been lowering the ppms and increasing RO. It has come down a lot but I think there is still a bit of lockout happening but overall she's healthy so I'm not that concerned. :toke:
