Day 73: Another quiet day today, no water and no trimming. She has been less thirsty without so many leaves so just letting her recover. Think tomorrow's watering will be starting with the PK13/14

Day 74: So after posting yesterday I noticed the top couple of leaves were looking bad so I ended up watering around 5L of pH 5.56/2050ppm with 1L (20%) runoff of pH 6.03/2830ppm.

There is plenty of salt build up on the pot now so hoping that the high runoff is partially due to that. The next few waterings include the PK13/14 boost and should be the highest ppms in the whole grow before I lower them again for the home stretch.

Will keep an eye out for any spread of the two sick leaves to others by so far 14 hrs after watering it hasn't.

Did another hour long round of trimming again too to try and thin the canopy density too.

Day 74 update: So another 3L of pH 5.56 / 2050 ppm with a 30% (1L) runoff of pH 5.86/3060ppm.

First time the pH runoff has been close to 5.8 so will increase the pH for waterings back up to 5.8 but need to watch that ppm. Noticed another couple of leaves with early signs on leaf damage. Not sure if they were like that before and I didn't see it.

This is roughly in line with the canna coco feeding chart although I've been making 10L but using quantities for 9L so it's slightly under the recommended strength.

It looks like Calcium deficiency to me. PH below 6.2 can lock out calcium. It'll appear on the youngest/new growth and leaves getting direct light first.

Thanks, I had been looking and figured it could be this or phorphorus.
So the low runoff pH maybe indicates lockout for calcium uptake. Maybe next watering should be at pH 6.2?

Day 75: So a couple of other leaves are showing some early signs of spotting but its not spreading fast at least.

Gave her 3.5 L of pH 6.14/1850ppm with a R/O of 1L at pH 5.89/2940ppm.
