New Grower First autoflower Grow Purple Kush

Thanks. Will give it a try. I have some flower power bud boost fertilizer that’s 0-27-27, will give it a good dose of that and hope for a 2nd wind:d5:

I do notice a difference overall in the fatness of hydro buds vs organic. The hydro buds in general seem to get a lot fatter than soil buds.
That's what the consensus seems to be, which is why I took the plunge and started with DWC. I saw noticeable fattening in the final two weeks when using Overdriv before flush.

Thanks for the input; I think I will let her go another week then reevaluate. I don’t have anything like that AN product but will look into it. Only 3 things I’ve used are MegaCrop,Bud Explosion, and CalMag+. Outdoors is so much different. Harvest is usually dictated by environmental factors where I live rather than letting the plant go to its maximum potential. I’m having to retrain myself for harvesting indoors. Thanks again:thumbsup:

Final trim and weigh in: 80 grams
Buds are solid but not overly heavy or sticky. Pine up front with some spicy background. Not a great yielder, but not bad. Variety is unknown but it definitely wasn’t auto purple kush.

In the jars for curing, two and a half quarts. 3 more to go...

I’ve been looking forward to this update for a while now! Congrats on your first indoor harvest. She was beautiful. I would have guessed in the 100+ grams area to be honest. Are you happy with how she smokes? Does she get you fucking high? I hope so — you deserve it and at the end of the day, it’s all that matters.

Happy New Year to you and yours!

Final trim and weigh in. Plant had very many branches that with the exception of the tops, was covered in popcorn nuggets. Yield was 88 grams that fit in 2 quart jars with a handful left over. Taste is perfume and evergreen. Potency is excellent, my wife named it
“Evermean Evergreen “

Lovely stuff! Took her time but looks like it was worth it!

Have you considered drying outside the tent or is that an option for you? Drying with the lights on might be a little quick for her. I find a quick dry is a sure way to end up with a harsh smoke.

Not meaning to come across like a dick, just my two.

Not at all, all opinions are welcome and suggestions encouraged.

Humidity has always been an issue during drying where I Iive, so I have to be quick.I usually dry for 7 days, sometimes assisted with dehumidification. Then curing in the jars for at least a month really mellows out the harshness. I like that really green taste on my vaped herb.
