Just set up the new tent and planted 5 Fast Buds 420 "Auto Cheese" each in 5 gallon grow bags.
Grow medium: Soil (Biobizz Light Mix)
Nutrients: Greenleaf Nutrients Mega Crop (Part A and Part B)
Grow Light. 2000 watt Wills Cree Cob LED full spectrum grow light.

Awesome. Cant wait to follow your grows too. Much love from Michigan! I wish I had some bomb Cali strains. I used to have buddies send me packages of bud years back. I miss the Cali Mountain weed. I love some of your guys strains out there. Girl Scout Cookies, blue dream, gelato, sour d, granddaddy purp, green crack, and Skywalker og. Some of my favorites from Cali and the west side.

Seeds were planted Tuesday evening. Its Friday morning and last night 2 were above ground that were in the back 2 pots. I woke up this morning and all 5 are above ground ready for their journey.

And then 5 little beans turned into babies... feeding with filtered tap water until 3 or 4 nodes when the cotyledon (first set of leaves that pops above ground) turn yellow they will all get there first feeding of mega crop part A and B.

Why do you wait until the plant is showing a deficiency to start feeding? I feed 1/4 strength to germinate and go to 50% after week 1 of true leaves.

The cotyledon will yellow and die whether you feed nutrients or not at first a few weeks into the grow. I like saving my nutes for as long as I can. If I see a nitrogen deficiency I add nutes but not I don't until 3 or 4 sets of leaves. The seed has nutrition and so does the soil in the mean time. Its just a baby right now. She dont need nutrients at first in soil. Not for at least 2 weeks or so. In hydro dwc I started off with quarter strength GH nutes and worked my way up cuz theres no nutrition in plants in just water. But soil offers plants enough nutrition for up to a month sometimes without wasting or adding nutrients yet. Let the seed and soil properties do the work. Water and go til needed. 2 to 4 weeks max no nutes.

I am quite sure I have harvested plants with green cotyledons. I cannot find any pictures of that at the moment. Not a subject I delve into every day
