I mixed it in with the nutes. Usually last as it will raise the ph. And for most of the grow.

Did you use it full strength??

After a few feeds i did. Just to get them used to it. Once i was feeding max nutes i used a little more to ph up. Also, when mixing nutes put calmag in first, then nutes, then silica. I got that tip from here!

Dr babnik on the last page explains how and why silica is good. Way too scientific for me except that it is beneficial to the plant.

@Dudeski the silica made the pH a perfect 6.65! That's wayyyyyyyy better than 5.7. I actually get the science behind the silica. Been reading up on it for a few weeks. Hopefully this gives her the boost she needs!

Yes it is! Im glad to help. Just passing along what little i have learned. And if you understand the science then i get to ask you questions! My first plants had strong stems and an overall healthy structure.
