She looks great but she's not growing very fast ... could be the energy lost from those two spotted leaves slowed her down a bit ... she's not stretching enough to begin training ... when I'm running 24/0 I will turn the lights off manually a couple times a week for a couple hours at a time ... no idea if it helps ...

I think that some lights off lets the plants rest. But i know there are a lot of different opinions on this.

Thanks Dudeski! Got my silica today. Any suggestions? I am going to water and feed today. Should I give her the silica a couple hours before?
