very nice... i'll be watchin ur grow... please kep us posted! :)

Just a little update. The runt (Top Right BlueAK) is the first to show sex may have something to do with it's pheno or a little more stressed than the others?

It's a girl! So, I can probably expect 3 girls for sure now.
I'm kinda hoping the other BlueAk is a boy, that way I can pollinate the others and get me some seed.
I messed up the other 2 Maxi seed, so I would like to try to get some seed off this one and maybe hold some bigger genes and cross back to big ak pheno to show in offspring some will carry blueberry too.
Plus I have no more Jockhorror either. So I might want some cross babies there. They'll prolly show phenos with blueberry tastes and some with more up high.
More blueberryAK seed wouldn't hurt either.

Does anybody know what ratio of bud loss there is to when you make seed?

Too tight node spacing? On my JH is about 3" tall with 6+ leaf sets. Here is a pic that I tried to show. Barely any light is getting in. I am really hoping for some stretching during bud or some heavy branching soon.

Added a Little CO2 to my grow
1 Gallon Hawaiian Punch Bootle, quarter or half tubing for bubbler, aquarium air hose out, 1/4 fill with sugar, 1 packet fast yeast, 1 packet regular, warm water, and some good ole heavy duty tape to seal from leaks

I will get a splitter or 2 to run a hose to each plant from main line and "dump" right at each plant. More pics when I get there.

looking good man... dont worry, before you know it theyll be branching and you won't be able to control height! lol

Just a note on the CO2... only really effective between 87 and 95 degrees F... so keep ur temps in the 87-90 range if you want CO2 max effectiveness

Thanks Man!, Actually my temps have been climbing to 93 degrees and have been holding about at 88 at night. I figure this will be somewhat fluctuating on colder days, but this will be rather common for the next month or better. esp. during flower.

I'm very hopeful about the branching. I really want the JH to do good. I haven't had any "up" high type in a while and would prefer it at this point to make some day meds. instead of just night meds.

Thanks for the comment and thread follow! :)

CO2 Pics and Air Pump Upgrade

I ran all the tubes equal lengths as to not create a path of of least resistance. I want to evenly distribute the CO2 to the 4 plants. I upgraded the air pump 4W now 4-8 times the bubbles in my 4' air hose line in the dwc.

A few observations: The Co2 Gen is running like a champ, actually fizzing and quarter second large bubbles and raised my humidity level in my grow to a readable 50%. Room that the grow box is in actually smells a bit like a brewery now.

95 degree temp, 50% humidity, 480 ppm (starting to eat those nutes [was 580, bounced up to 720 when I checked, added water- no nute, down to 570, now 480 a few days later), 6.5 ph, 68 degree rez.

NP... thanks for the clean thread, good pics and great detail data!

It's about day 30 for JH and 23 for the others (give or take).
I noticed my LED was getting some hardwater spots on the glass so I decided to take out and clean and while I got it out I decided to put in the 150 HPS to see how my temps ran.

right at 95 degrees radiant temp where light hits leaves, whereas the environmental temp was probably more like 10 degrees bellow that :jump:

So, I just decided to encourage branching and a little stretching to leave it in with 2 23W 6500K CFLs to give some blue for encouraged Growth habits. (The little Blueberry in the Back is just about Ready for it anyway.)

The HPS light is suspended above plants about 1.5'.

I think I'll start spritzing them with RO water with a touch of Thrive to maybe get a bit more encouraged branching.
