Thanks for the comment, I did a lot of research on that strain. I was going for a strain with a "euphoric happy" high, and it seems this auto-flower kept popping up in my searches with that description.

I'm super stoked to see what your Star-Ryder does. I read an awesome review about that in a magazine at Barnes & Noble, might have been Treating Yourself, and the guy said the high had some long legs, not to mention the yield was great.

That's fair enough, I'm not sure it's paranoia if they're actually out to get you! But if you do put some photos up I'd love to see so please let me know.

This grow was a toss up between blueberry and star-ryder, they both looked excellent. Glad you seem to have found the same! I might have to try blueberry after this...

I'm loving taking photos at the moment, so have a couple more! Though you might struggle to tell the difference from the last update, at some point I might become less excited and slow the updates slightly...

I think she'll have her last root juice only feed tomorrow and I'll start adding miniscule amounts of grow from the feed after that. Temps are looking a bit better now between 20.5 at night and 26 in the day.

Looks great and a great feeding plan you have got going at the moment. One word of warning you shouldnt start with any grow nutes until after week 2 as there is a very good chance you will burn and stun the plants.

Crikey! The bio-bizz feed chart mislead me, though I guess it's not specifically for autos. Will hold off the grow nutes as you suggest. Thanks!

Totally agree with Grim Reefer. My usual feeding, even for photo plants starts on week 3 from seed. I broke that rule this week and gave my autos 1/2 tsp of Root 66 from Technaflora, and it did not hurt them at all.

Yeah man most nutrient companies wont have a specific auto feeding schedule so always be careful when looking at them.

Day 10

How exciting is this? She now has an extra set of leaves for me to photograph!

She had a water yesterday so should be set for a few days still. Thanks for all the advice re nutrients, it's all much appreciated!

Interesting fact - for geeks like me - I seem to get about two degrees evaporative cooling after watering, there was a noticeable drop in peak temperature today despite the ambient room temperature being steady. It's a good thing I put a lid on the water bucket, firstly because it would probably resemble a swamp by now if I hadn't, but it would also knacker my attempts to keep temps up.

Day 13

I was away for the night so was quite excited to open the tent this afternoon.

She hasn't disappointed, lots of leaf growth, and even some new shoots developing at the base of the leaves. In short I'm very happy! All credit to the HS1 for her looking so happy despite the temps being a touch low.

Thanks man, I'm very happy so far. I'm aware the scope for problems increases as she grows, but having a good healthy start has to help right?!

Had to water/feed today as my girlfriend has a friend coming to stay tomorrow for a few days so I'll be struggling to spend much time up at the grow tent or on here.

A couple of photos, I plan to play spot the difference on Thursday!
