I loved the whole experience of DWC but as i say discovering that my walls were vibrating downstairs when i was in the middle of a two week long harvest was an unpleasant suprise lol thanks for the info on your kit dude.

Ok Budda... I assumed wrong... Your pump is different to mine as well... Like adz says try a Piece of packaging foam under/behind it... That will dampen the vibes a bit...

yeah if it touches anything it will make a hell of a racket, has it got the rubber feet on it? still whack some foam under it.

thats 3 different people all using different haliea air pumps lol , as already stated mine are silent and the guys above me have gave some good advice although i have a feelling you have dropped the dwc and gonna coco, good luck anyway pal

my starRyder is off the radar she is standing at about 1m 7cm and doesnt look like slowing down which is some scary shit, it must be the sativa in her thats making her stretch so tall but she is becoming a big girl, 1 of the blueberries has also started throwing pistils as of yesterday so im expecting her to kick into hyperdrive in the next 7 days, i have a feeling that she is gonna be special, had a really strong coffee aroma when i walked into my grow room yesterday and i think the zesty aroma was coming from the starRyder mixed with the dankness of the blueberrys

ive seen the green model that you have on ebay etc, mine was from ebay also and labelled as a super silent but clearly its not. Swines. I had it sat on foam on beams of wood that formed top shelf in the wardrobe, but the whole thing is screwed into the walls so vibrations carry easily

What is surprising to me is that so called 'quality grow suppliers' are still shipping DWC kits with miserly 10 litre/minute air pumps which are supposed to aerate several buckets. After seeing Seymour do DWC I would say that those bigger heavy duy air pumps are the only ones that should be used.

Seymour, good to hear the StarRyder made it over 1 metre!, looking forward to the pics. Sounds like you have a big girll on the go

yes... with hydro.... pretty much the more air the baetter... until you start evaporating water cuz its boiling on air bubbles... lol

Yeah agreed... You def need a pump with a bit off umph!! That one of mines is also a super silent just a diff model to SB's... But like I say there is a little noise from it.. Although for what it's pushing out I think it's quiet.

day 44 from seed

starRyder is standing @ 1m 10 cm (43") tall and feeding on 1.2 ec, she seems happy so im not gonna rock the boat , obviously she is still in pre-flower stretch mode and hasnt gone into full floral production as yet. im kinda looking forward to the coming weeks

the blueberries are on .8 ec and will be getting upped to .9 ec on the next res change, 1 has sexed while 1 still remains to show, i think they are 24 days old

pics, not 100% sure that the pics do the starRyder justice as she is difficult to get a complete shot, she has bud-sites all around her, my grow room is 1.5 meters wide and you can see that she is spreading out nicely
