DutchPassion Show Grows 2024 Lemon Z & Tropical Tangie by Mañ'O'Green

Day 69, 42 days since flip. I lost control of the PH one day while I was sick - Hydro is unforgiving but they will be fine just not as pretty as they could have been.

Yea shit happens mate, one (if not the) of the biggest disadvantages of growing hydro, there is not much room for error.
Reason I love fully organic growing on soil/coco so much is the simplicity as well as the incredible taste.

Hope you can get them across the finish line without any real issues! :d5:

Cheers :headbang:

Good Day @Antonio_DutchPassion I concur, if I could lift a pot of soil I would grow in an earth box with live soil. With my bad back, pumps do all of the heavy lifting. I was so sick I did not even think about the plants much and that PH reached 4.5 - ouch. They will be ok but they ain't going to win any beauty contests.

The buds are filling out nicely and the tent smells wonderfully sweet.

Time for an update, 85 days since germination, 58 days since the flip. I am thinking at least 10 days to 2 weeks to harvest. The Tangie looks to be the most ripe. The fragrance is a wonderful sweet citrusy spice in the tent.

@Antonio_DutchPassion I think I did succeed in keeping Photoperiod plants at a manageable size for indoor growing with an early flip, lots of blue light and Initiator pucks at flip. Out of control plants indoors is a real PITA and the main reason I usually only grow Autos. I may choose to grow more Photos in the future. I apologize for the ugly appearance of such beautiful strains. I really need to invest in a PH dosser but money is tight for toys.

:thumbsup:Sounds good man. And the ladies still seem to be doing pretty fine mate, nice and frosty buds are appearing! :yay:

Hope you'll like the aroma and taste of these Lemon Z's.
And let's see, maybe we can do some more photo projects in the future ;-)

Keep it up

Harvest time. @Antonio_DutchPassion Here are the harvest pictures for the Lemon Z front middle.. The aroma is amazing, the colas are fat and frosty. I estimate 4-5 ounces when dry.
