I'm not a Jr type of person. LOL! Not in anything I do.
I'll watch this grow and how you work the Earthbox. I'll probably do at least one on my spring run. I like learning new things, but I have to make it work in my head.

i hear on being an overachiever but the Junior does offer some advantages such as good for smaller plants, plants Bud quicker due to smaller size, takes less soil, easy to move, takes less space With the less space and easier to move being big items ..... as you watch this grow you’ll probably see theJunior get moved as the Original size box takes over the space .... BUT .....

If I get on other side and list advantages with Original that list would be long, including higher yield number one and less nutrient issues because of size ......

Here they are with some candy canes as I call them pulling their tops down to help with lower growth - as you can see already the lower bid sites are popping up - goal is to grow plants towards the water inlet hole .....

With the length of that regular size, you'd get a lot of side branches coming up. It's makes more sense seeing Sam's grow and then actually doing it.

Agree, larger pots means less height to grow and also larger pots equals better worm reproduction and growth - I found it hard to maintain worm population in 7 gallon pots verses larger 10 gallons, when I grow in fabric ..... BTW your plants are looking real good.

Monday morning update ..... Approaching 4 weeks ......

seem to have a little tip burn in the larger Earthbox - not sure why, could be soil mix as soil was a mix of a few old bags where the Junior is a new batch of soil .....

I noticed you add dolomite lime to your EB's. Some people think it is a critical part of earth box growing, any thoughts?

yea for sure, it’s even part of the earthbox instructions .....

So I have Dolomite in there in each layer ..... thinking soil is too rich in nitro - next batch I’ll mix in a little peat to help soften!

I don’t camp so no tent pegs but I ziptied some plant yo-yos to tent frame to open my most recent up! Also why is this a temp account! All kinds of weirdness there! Tell em to fix u up already!
