New Grower dutch passion Auto White Widow & Think Different

Right so this is my first grow and my set up is...

• Grow tent 1m x 1m x2m
• 600w hps masterblaster dual spectrum
• Buddha carbon filter
• Vents TT125 exhaust fan
• x2 growth wuhnology clip on fans dual speed
• Sensi grow A+B
• Sensi bloom A+B
• Canna terra pro plus
• Perlite
• Canna mono calcium + magnesium
• Canna pk 13/14
• Canna rhizotonic
• Ph up + down
• Ph tester pen

I dropped my seeds in ph'd water at 5.8 they sank really fast less than 12 hours kept them in the water for another 10hours oh my soil is 50/50 mix of soil and perlite btw.. I put my seeds straight in to soil and the think diff came up in less than 50 hours just waiting on auto white widow to rear her head then I shall start my diary.

Another thing if anyone can inform me my ballast nearly caught fire yesterday and had to turn it off at around 10.30 am and only got another one today about 4.00 am would that of had much effect TD hadn't shown at this stage until this morning really worried I've fucked em up

Right so both girls are now above ground looking pretty good considerin I had no light on em for 30 hours ,TD came up after 2 days and AWW after 3 days. Im havin serious trouble keeping temps below 80f and I have to keep spraying the inside of the tent every half hour to keep RH between 40+60% can anyone tell me ideas to sort this out, I have a saturated towel hanging in the tent also but doesn't make much diff help wud be much appriciated

80f is no worries really erbz

I'd worry if it hit 90+ (85 is where i start to get twittchy, but have done entire grows at that temp)

Humidity you could put some water in a bowl with a fan blowing accross the top (tired the towels aswell - and for me it was a bit meh!)

It'd be nice to always have the right humidity - but again, if you hit 35% - so be it. I've completed grows at that humidity pretty much all the way though (the trials of growing in a small space eh!!)

Hope this settles the mind a bit and maybe calms the running back and forth to fan and spray your plants

Cheers blue I'll try the bowel yeah my heads done in but temps seemed OK yesterday ther was a nice cool breeze blowin through my house, so temp was at 80 to about 82 all day and RH between 40 and 50 so hopefully it stays that way. Thanks for the help I'll put some pics up soon an start me ol diary

gave the plants their second feed of rhizotonic at 2ml to 1litre of ph'd water at 5.8 heres some pics

week 2 day 12
so today the girls got their first feed of veg nutes today sensi grow A+B 0.5 ml of each, and 2.5 ml of rhizo at ph5.8. have the temps and RH% sittin nice at 78f lights on and between 40 and 50 RH, lights off its around 73-75f and between 50-60 RH both ladies seem to be healthy lookin no yellowing or anything. oh i give them 500ml each of the feed is this enough?? here are some pics anyway..

so there they are i was thinkin of tryin a scrog for the sake of it? how big is the frame supposed to be like how tall can anyone tell me??

The temps and humidity are fine too!
Not sure about the PH of 5.8 in canna terra - i've never used it but seems a little low for soil.

They are looking well dude, nice to see you got some pictures up. Not sure about the scrog man you will have to start them off using Lst to get the initial bend in other to continue on to scrog the rest of the canopy.

No blue hes right with that Ph, The guys at Canna say because there soil is so light its considered a soiless mix, which you then have to ph like you would coco or hydro.

In my opinion its to late now, should have done the bend when they were a few days younger, you risk doing a lot of damage if you bend them now.
