Hi all! Just wanted to start a journal on my auto blueberry that I transplanted in my 3.5 gallon DWC bucket today.

For those who recognize me from my last grow with Royal Queen's Auto Diesel there will be no trimming shenanigans this time. She will grow as natural as possible. Depending on how she looks I may trim up the bottom of the bush when she's fully grown but no extreme pruning like the last time. Lesson learned!!

Currently under CFL but after the growth spurt I will be growing under a 135 watt LED, blackstar UFO. I only grow one plant at a time for myself so there won't be any competition from other plants for light.

One final note: This will probably be the last time I use these clay pellets. Have reused several times but they are getting white with nutes. Maybe this isn't as bad as it seems? Any input would be appreciated:)

Well, here she is. Just a sprout with a lady bug friend but it's a great start:

I am wanting to grow this. I will be following this thread.

Hey AeroHydro! Hope it turns out well for you!!

I forgot to ask... I have heard that the blueberry is notorious for hermie issues. Wondering if there is any definitive truth to this and if so any suggestions on how to avoid it. My friend Bob Bitchin over at the feminization thread said to watch the nutes and only up feed if the bottom leaves start to yellow... So I'm definitely heeding that advice. Any more hints would be greatly appreciated!

I've not seen too many hermie issues with Autoblueberry and we have had a lot of diaries on here.

We have done a few blogs on AutoBlueberry, click this link http://www.dutch-passion.nl/en/cannabis-seeds/product/autoblueberry/

...and then click the more info link in the middle and you will see how some other growers managed with her, and the tips they give.

Good luck!

Thanks for the rep Tony!!!!

Hey nben...easy on the nutes to start but once she gets going she will take a medium nute level... You will see her getting hungry by looking at her leaves.
I havent seen any hermie issues. You will want to grow this girl again...Good Luck...:Sharing One:

good luck with the grow, im sure you will love her, i just harvested both my ABB and i got 295g of wet bud, just waiting on it drying now

Nice one nben.

I just pulled 3 ounces from 3 ABBs, check the grow link in my sig.

It's a lovely smoke, you won't be disappointed :)

All the best,

steely

Thanks so much for the words on encouragement guys!! Much appreciated. I love this site :)

Just an update on her progress.

She pouted a little after I got her in the big bucket, curled the bottom leaf tips right up. Her roots have hit the reservoir now and she has entered hyper-growth mode. Clearly she got over it ;)
