Thanks for all the well wishes guys! A good day so far. The storm continues to slowly slide further to our west (good thing). We probably won't get half of the rain they were predicting (good thing). The massive 3-6' storm surge in the river isn't happening. River level came up about a foot but that has already started to recede (good thing). These things normally take a slight turn to the northeast when they get close to landfall. This one is not doing that so far (good thing). I still have power (the best good thing of all - touch wood)

Hope every one is above water this morning---- Hurricane Barry kinda caused a lot of damage here in the states, but didn't hit as hard as predicted.------

All good here. Points 70-140 miles to my east got hammered with outer rain bands most of Saturday. And points 40-70 miles to my west got the inner rain bands for most of the day. We had a few squalls move through but mostly just a light rain when we got rain, but only 2-3 inches at most. My max winds were only 52-55mph so not bad there either. Today is still breezy at 15-30mph with occasional lite rain. This thing will be funneling rain to the north all week so we will be cloudy and rainy all week. Should help keep our high temps below 95. Too bad the rh will be 80+, currently at 97% thick enough to cut!

I don't know how to do that----remember, I only have 2 brain cells left Its kinda like my growing, not real good at that ether-- I would like to read that thread if you can find it---
