No cooking for me today. The whole family will take plates of eggs Benedict we're on the way over.
Come on down :bighug:

On one of our visits to Carmel Ca. we were eating at the Tuck Box and the Eggs Benedict were so good. I ordered breakfast twice!

Pastrami is done after being finished in the sous vide. Then placed in fridge for a few hours to be easier to slice up. We had fresh asparagus and sugar snap peas from the garden I cooked on the griddle. Toasted some rolls and seared the sliced Pastrami before wife made up sandwiches.

I have so many food allergies that I must cook for myself 99% of the time. That does not mean my food has to be boring.

I missed taking pics yesterday. We only had a quick dinner of some hotdogs, chicken breast patties and fresh zucchini/onions
sautéed on the griddle. Not sure what today will be as I have a late afternoon Dr appointment.

Some days start better than others.

We had sous vide chicken legs done at 132f for 4hrs. I then started some broccoli on the griddle, seasoned up the legs with a chicken vegetable dry base rub to sear finish.
