The Christmas Eve dinner of smoked turkey and finished the spiral cut ham in the smoker.

We had another beef brisket in the freezer so defrost it for Texas style smoked brisket. This one took way longer than I expected since it was like 9f degrees outside when I started this and had to add more pellets to my smoker midway through. But the finish product was worth it.

Pizza from Knott’s Berry Farm. I had the munchies bad after partaking in some smoke in the parking lot before we were supposed to have crashed out. This was a nice treat and if I was there I’d order one again.

Ms. MOG wanted BBQ hot dogs and I wasen't going to post a picture but they were so fuckin good I took a picture of the seconds when I cooked them

I just ordered some green coffee beans from Sweet Maria's. These are all good for espresso but the one in the box is rated as "Fantastic Espresso". I cannot wait to roast some of that.

I would not even know what to order. How do you roast them at home? I have seen them roasted in a big SS cement mixer thingee.
I have some coffee that is frickin blonde that I ended up with, can it be roasted darker?
