Our chickens are laying again regularly so some fried eggs for me and made the son a ham, jalapeño cheese omelette.

Smoked 3 racks of ribs. Coated in a bbq rub mix that I put together from looking at what the big box stores sell. Then cooked with the 2-2-1 method at 225f

Made a smoked pulled pork butt with the other 10lbs of pork butt we had leftover from making green chili pork stew. My wife coated the pork butt in mustard then the bbq rub I had made before. Placed in fridge overnight to soak in the seasoning. Then put on the smoker at 7am and pulled off at 6:30 pm. Some pics also of the green chili pork stew.
