Good day to you all
This is my first documented grow for quite a while. I've been growing for 5 or 6 six years now so have some experience but unfortunately due to circumstances had to downsize my grow space to a 40cmx40cmx120cm tent a few years ago. This means I can only realistically grow one plant at a time. I always used regular seeds in the past but just recently decided to go with fem seeds as I was wasting a fair bit of soil and grow time if/when those pesky males turned up.
So at the moment I have an Auto Pounder with Cheese going in soil in a 3 litre airpot. She is under a 300w dual spec CFL with two 2foot T5 sunblasters in opposite corners of the tent, which when the time comes will be swapped for a more bloom friendly spec. She's being fed a diet of Bio Bizz Grow, Bloom and Top Max at the amounts suggested by Bio Bizz for her age.
Feel free to throw up any advice or questions, I'll post and reply as often as I can.
So here are the first photos for you all... 32 days old at the moment. My past grows of this strain have gone for approx. 70 days so she's coming up to her half way stage.

Yeah, I'll take some fries..... Nice growing with the space you have available

What have your yield and potency been on your previous grows of this strain?

Thanks Corgy, took a while getting used to the smaller tent... have to be careful how tall they get coz I lose about a third of the height due to lights and filter so am constantly adjusting the height of the lights to keep things in line

What have your yield and potency been on your previous grows of this strain?
Potency has been a high (pun intended) 8/10. I'm not sure on the yield as I didn't weigh my previous grow, however I got a good 5 weeks of bud off of it. I use a Magic Flight Launch Box and when I have bud I tend to use all day every day so going on usage I would estimate somewhere between 3/4 to 1 oz of dried bud. She is a good yielder, just wish I had more room to take full advantage

DAY 40 PHOTO UPDATE :pop:
Well things have been going as expected over the last week with no problems to worry about.
We're coming up to the end of week six now and her appetite is picking up quite noticeably, i'm having to feed her roughly every 3 days now.
Here's some porn...

Thought i'd share with you my technique for watering airpots.
It can be a pain in the arse and a slow drawn out process watering your plants if you're using airpots, especially if you have more than one on the go, but the results I think speak for themselves.
The way I do it to make sure you're not wasting your nutes and to ensure that the water is filtering all the way down the pot is to stand the plant in a bowl and run the water through slowly. You will get a lot of run off out of the sides so obviously your feed isn't getting all the way to the bottom of the pot, so next I pour the water/nutes back into my watering can (I use a 6 litre can) using a funnel with a gauze to filter out any crap. Then run it through the pot again, again while it is in the bowl to capture the run off, and basically repeat until you're happy that all of the soil in your pot has had a good watering. You'll notice you get less coming out of the sides on the 2nd/3rd run through.
Normally I do this 3 times, but if she's very dry i'll do it 4 times, and then leave the pot to stand for about 5 minutes before putting her back in the tent.
There you go... just my way of doing it. I'm sure everyone has their own way of watering airpots, feel free to post any different ways you may have, i'm always open to new ideas

Beautiful plant, exciting times ahead

Regarding watering airpots, yeah, a royal pain.........I grow in 22,5 and 30 L and do it this way, that involved some initial steps, so may not be workable for the smaller sizes......

1. place a piece of round weed blocker fabric at the bottom to prevent the medium straying, but allowing a little space a the rim for roots to sneak out, and sip the water in the saucer, see 8
2. place an airdome on the fabric with the airline running out through whatever hole takes my fancy, top or close to bottom
3. 3 braided wicks made from 3 x 10 mm polypropylene rope is placed symmetrically in the pot
4. fill airpot with medium, and if using soil, form a concave shape at the top
5. seedling is planted directly in a pot with the bottom cut out in the center of the concave crater
6. water is poured into the pot with the seedling, allowing overflow to run down the sides, filling the concave crater
7. the airpot is always placed in a saucer app 4 cm high
8. bottom and side run off is kept in the saucer and wicked up in the medium, the airdome keeps the run off aerated
9. when the saucer has been empty for 1 day or so, time for another drench

It ends up looking like this, and watering is now just like watering any other pot.....works like a charm!

Here you can see the saucer, which is also wheeled, so it's really a plant trolley and it holds 2,5 L of water in this particular size, but they come smaller as well

Looks good corgy, nice set up. Would defo be better for larger pots like you say. Forgot to mention that my airpots are only teeny weeny baby 3 litres, I have some 12 litre ones too but tried one once and the plant just got too damn big for the grow space and that really impacted on the end result.
Sometimes bigger ain't always better

Forgot to mention... love the blackadder quote in your sig. Class.

Holy Moly you got a monster going on Corgy mate! How big is that grow room? I have grow room envy
