Space (4' x 4' closet with white walls)
Light (2' T5 with 4 white/blue tubes)
Medium (FFOF, perlite 2:1)
Nutrients (Dyna-grow Growth)
Specialty Equipment you've obtained (pH meter, soil probe)

Sweet Seed Mix (Day 30) and Auto [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] (Day 25)

I've been through several incarnations of light systems from 23watt CFL's to a 96x5watt LED that I had to return because it was defective. :( Now I've got 2 plants under the T5 and I'm researching to replace the LED I sent back.

Both of my plants' leaves are disappearing. I looked at them with my cell phone camera magnified to 4 times normal and don't see any bugs.

Attached is a picture of the Sweet Seeds Mix (Unknown Strain) 0715160915.jpg .

Anyone have an idea what's going on here? I know I've seen a picture just like this in my travels but I've been Googling all morning to find the picture again and have turned up nothing.

Update: I just caught the cat standing on her hind legs up on the side of the container with a leaf in her mouth. I know how to fix that problem. :)

I still think I might have some kind of spider mites or something... I'm keeping an eye on it because I hear mites move pretty fast once they take hold... :(

I don't see anything from that pic that screams "spider mites."

Keep an eye out for signs of leaf damage (not from a cat eating them, lol), and keep an eye on the underside of your leaves...if you look really close you can see them (really tiny and black).

If your still convinced you have them throw up a few more pics so we can take a closer look!! :pass:

A couple of my own leaves had this sort of damage early on, but it didn't come to anything. Try look at the underside of leaves with a magnifying glass or jewellers loop. I also have 2 marshydroo 300w LED and for the price, they're great. Cheaper on ebay

Cheaper on ebay
but no warranty on the ebay lights. I really took a hard look at the lights on ebay....same lights, same company, etc. But, if a warranty (ie: return-ability) is what you're looking for, I would steer clear of ebay.

(it is worth it to note that I'll probably buy a few lights from them on ebay in the future, as the quality is great. )

I have a bunch of Mars300's and yesterday I received a 600 that is working great in my veg nook. :)

Yeah, if I had mites I'd be screaming right now... I guess I can put that fear behind me for now and start worrying about something else, hehe...

After 2 days (sorry for the late response) I can't say I see anything either... now I'm worried about hermies... and stretching too tall... and not giving them enough light... and the odor (even with a half-butt carbon filter and fan)... and other stuff... :)

Just my two cents....I recently bought a mars hydro led (they're a sponsored vendor on this site) and am super happy with the quality and performance.

The LED I returned to Amazon was a Mars Hydro Reflector 96... I won't say I'll never buy another Mars, maybe I just got dealt a bad hand, who knows?

Which Mars do you have and what size space if you don't mind me asking?
