here it is people There are 8 drivers at 100v 700ma in 1200 mars II unit

and i just got prices of cobs:

1812 - $16 each
I have 24 pcs in 3500K 90 CRI
and 27 pcs in 3500K 80 CRI
6-7pcs in 4000K

1818 - $21 each.
140pcs 3000K 80 CRI

+ Shipping charges of estimate $50 to $60 based on qty

For 1212 i can check the wait time if you want. They will be $12 each

those 1812 sound nice..
and prices from guy from estonia(ebay) for 1212 cobs.. 50$ for 5 cobs.

Do the ones from eBay come with the holder? The ones from northern grow lights do and they are a better COB

without holders,you get just bare cob..so 8-10 of 1212 for best efficiency or 6 1812..thank you guys..

Well you could run up to 16 1212's or 1812's in that light. 100v driver would allow 2 cobs each on the safe side. 23w per cob @60% efficiency.

Theoretically you could run 2 1818's per driver as well. At 700ma they would be 49.88v each. Chinese drivers are cheap and not accurate so if it were to work great but if not I wouldn't be surprised. The wattage would go up to 35w each @62% efficiency so this is an option too.

Harvest time for my first grow with the 3 converted mars 300. Total of 13 CXA2530s 3-5000k and 10-3000k. Didnt get really huge buds but the flowers are just dripping and so damn dense you cannot compact the bud at all. The conditions wernt ideal all of the time and they ran pretty dry a couple times. Here are some pics to show how frosty the buds got on all 3 strains. I cant wait to put another seed in and see how well they do on a full seed/clone to harvest with the COBs in ideal conditions.

I'm going to tear into a mars 300 this afternoon
I am going to replace the diode panel with same size 1/8 inch aluminum (I think it's 12.25 x 12.25) reuse the original heat sinks by attaching them to that.
I've already ordered citizen 1212 v3 (5 for $19)
Blooming in small area with limited head room
Should be fun!!
