4 rows of 4 would give you 360w. Which would be enough for the space. I'm just not sure how accurate the 100v max is on the drivers. If I had one to play with I would do it before anyone buys anything.
3500k is kind of the standard. It has decent blue for veg and good red for flower. While still hitting plenty in the middle too which other companies seem to miss.

Good decision. You could run 3 50v cobs safely. Citizen 1812, 1818 or 1825 in there. You would see around 120 watts total but double the light output. Hope this helps
