Dialing In MEGA CROP for Auto's

It has much more flavor than city water

I haven't had it analyzed for quite some time and can't remember the results.

But, it seems to work fine with AN nutrients. Just tired of all the mixing, sigh...

Second last grow, Early Miss Auto, 13.2 oz.

Burnt from chasing max nutrients amounts and blowing right past that point !

Grow just completed, image is about a week before harvest. White Widow (on the left) and Black Indica (on the right) photoperiods .

8.3/9.1 oz's.

Cheers.

PS > Went ahead and ordered the Mega Crop, will do a side by side grow with AN and Mega Crop on two Shiskaberry clones.

Nice shrubbery there! If you do a journal on the side by side.. give me a @Kyote tag if ya remember :smoking:

Amazing! And beautiful plants!

Shiskaberry is a photoperiod, is that allowed here ?

Cheers.

As long as it'z cannabis, itz allowed in your journals an such np

Also, if you do a journal from germination to harvest, with a weekly update, you become a cultivar and then get in on seeds n other goodiez. Just a headz up ;)

So from what I understand bit I go with ec when measuring out my mega crop. So which ppm scale is more common the 1ec = 500ppm or 1ec = 700ppm just for my own reference. Mega crop say when mixing by ec it's whatever your water is plus what they recommend.
Okay, I have a question..

If my well water has a ppm of 500, do I still follow the recommended (weight/gallon) feeding schedule ?

Cheers.

But I do feel like starting with 1ec when mega crop is only feed at .55ec in seedling/early veg. My tap comes out at like .3ec so I have to take that into account when feeding.

I did come across a cal mag issue which I up my ec but really did not need to I forgot the light on for 24 hrs so she kinda burned through her cal mag. So I lowering the ec down hope to lighten up the leaves a little.
The big one is a auto sour diesel that is a bit over fed with mega crop.

Here’s a quandary. As I mentioned in my last post, I have two Mephisto CDLC’s in autopots on MegaCrop in soil. As they shifted to flower last week, I supplemented (with too much) Bud Explosion, causing the MC concentration to drop below 300 PPM and some cal deficiency spots on one plant. So, I got out 80% of the reservoir, and filled back with all MegaCrop (no BE added to the new volume). I continued to see brown spots creeping on the one plant, with no issues on the 2nd plant. Finally, today I did a full 100% new reservoir to 525 PPM/6.3. The slightly smaller plant looks fine through the whole process, but I’m not sure how else to help the, until I started monkeying with the feed, healthier and more vigorous of the two. Any ideas on what’s going on with this one? The spots seem to be increasing. No signs of any pests whatsoever.

My only thoughts are to possibly drain out the pot it’s in in case sediment has built up or something, and check for brown roots. Those dark brown spots on the leaves worry me.

The healthy plant pic is the other plant for reference. It had a little wilt early and is a day or so behind with less stretch, but shows none of these deficiencies signs. I’m stumped.

Really would like to help, butz my knowledge base isn't there yet. Maybe @pop22 will have something.

Some of the dialed in growers on here will add a bit of epsom salts to the MC. I saw MoG saying .5g/gallon, with feeds of MC@550ppm. The spotting me thinks is maybe an indicator for additional magnesium, but don't take that to the bank.
