Haha thanks man, yeah ill get there no doubt just overcoming any problems as i see them and getting some first hand XP! Your posts were the first i saw of airpots and also got me to try topping lol .. best of luck with the move mate whoever takes over them plants will fly through it after such good starts!

The airpots are awesome. The ones I use out here are MaxxYield - airpot knockoff made out here in California. They work awesome and depending upon how dense your soil is, can dry out very rapidly once the root system is well established. You will find yourself down the line potentially watering daily. I've good success with the topping this year and there is a whole thread dedicated to topping and training.

Yeah your topped plants look great, wanted to see the results and try a new technique myself... the pots seem really good and everyone whos used them recommends them, my plants have taken really well to them so far.. the watering daily thing is all good with me, i dont mind putting in a little more work if it means good results! I got mine shipped over from england to spain as there was a deal on 10, worked out about half the price of buying them individually

DAY 30 (day 25 for newer afghan)

Watered all the girls today with 2ml/L grow .. the newer afghan got 1ml/L ..

They all seem to be doing great still! Only issue that i can see is the XXLs lower branches seem very horizontal rather than upwards growing, ive only noticed it since it blew over so ill be keeping an eye on it and hopefully it isnt an issue.. pic below

Also spotted the first pistils today from all except the newest one! Pic below aswell as a group pic!

All plants are at day 32, apart from the afghan which is at day 27.

Pics in this order: afghan, afghan mass xxl, then the 6 blue diesels (last one topped). Ive removed the top set of fan leaves on the topped one.

Also snipped the lowest pair of branches & leaves on all plants except the topped one.

Day 38

Today the girls all got 3ml/L grow, and 1ml/L blooms.

Still early but the topped one seems to be growing purple buds with pinkish pistils! Very nice!

Will be spraying them all with phosphorous soap either tonight or tomorrow night as ive been noticing bugs & eggs under some leaves. Got rid of all i saw with my hands but i hate the buggy things!
