CS - 1st timer questions. How to time it? Better to reverse half a plant and pollinate it?

I spray as soon as the auxiliary branches start at my topping. If you don't top as soon as you can safely spray the branch you want to reverse.

I sacrifice the whole plant just easier IMHO plus you can make a shit ton of seeds.

I believe you. I change 1 branch and make 3 or 4 crosses of a couple hundred seeds. Im not sure what is do with a full plants pollen. I dont have enough plants in a year for all that.

I only reverse one side of a topped plant. I don't get a ton leftover. By time I polinate I remove the male side collect what's left and store it. I could get more but only need a tiny bit to make seeds.

So what are your timings? You reverse 1 branch, collect the pollen, and then pollinate females of another plant right? I dont get self-pollinating a plant, as they need a crap load of time to mature seeds.

Another noob question, how often do you pollinate female buds? Just once? A few times a weeks until seed sacks form? How does that go?

Hey whats up yall just reading this thread,Im reversing 2 fem seeds from wicked pissah.im spraying 1 branch from ea well actually im spraying 2 branches on the Hawaiian Skunk and 1 branch on a Sour Ras Kush.Today is day 20 for the HS and day 14 for the SRK. the day 20 is starting to show sacs on it started spraying 2x for first like 10 days then just once a day since.Got the bottle off ebay and all im doing is following the instructions on the bottle.Im going to run the plants loooong like 90+ days no doubt.Im going to pollinate itself thats just what the bottle says.




I was just wondering do i keep spraying now that the sacs are forming?????




because thats what the bottle dont mention.

Oh i started spraying when the first pistils appeared that was day 36 for the HS and day 41 Ffor the SRK.

my bad i edited the post and idk the ppm.it was a bottle off ebay it says Pollen Starter on the label.2 bottles 1oz ea cost about 20$ i think,this is my first time trying this just saw a vid on YT from growpotcheaply.The vid showed it to be real easy "so i seen the window open and said fuck it" haha.Naw but im just keeping as simp as possible.I just ordered another bottled brand off ebay it says Femajuana on the bottle.The bottle im using seems to be working so im like fuck it I'll order more,they were out of the same kind im using rn and I figure they all work.I paid $50 for 2 8oz bottles,figuring i could reverse enough to last for a while.

Read my own quote I posted. You can self a plant. Key is spraying early.

Seeds don't need a crap load to mature. I have had them mature in 3 to 5 weeks. Depends on the strain.

There will always be male flowers that open early. You only need one or two to make a few handful of seeds

I use CS marked for health supplement 30ppm. 4 Oz for 18 bucks. It has reversed 5 plants coming up on 6 and have half left.

I can run the plant normal if im just taking pollen. But if im selfing, ill pollenate 1 branch, harvest the rest on schedule, and then let that branch go till the seeds are ready. Normally an extra week or 2 will suffice. Sometimes theyre ready super fast. Sometimes they take that full 8 weeks. Varietes...

Maing your own SCS maybe the way to go apparantly its much quicker to reverse them and you only have to spray four five times
max to get the same results.
