New Grower CFs First Grow 6 NL X BB, 1 Lemon Skunk and 1 Jack Herer Photo with T5s

Hello AFN family. After a few months of stalking grow journals everywhere, I ended up starting my first grow and figured i should share my experiences like you all do. I also have to warn you that i really suck at writing these kinds of things.

Starting setup:

-Space/Tent : 24" Deep X 102" Wide X 64" Max Light Height (This will change soon)
-Upgrades on 28/29 of Nov : 4' Deep X 8' Wide X 90" High Custom DIY Grow Box

-Lighting : 8' 4 Bulb T5HO with 2 6400K and 2 2700K @ 216W : 20000 Lumens (Upgrades Coming Soon)
-Upgrades on 28/29 of Nov : 2 proper 4 Bulb 4 foot T5s and another cheap 8 foot 4 bulb.

-Exhaust : None yet but i have a 175CFM Fan and ozone generator for later
-Upgrades on 28/29 of Nov : 175CFM Inline fan blowing through small side box with ozone generator installed for exhaust and passive intake

-Fan : 18" Adjustable Height House fan

-Medium : 2 parts Lambert LM-3 , 1 part Perlite , 1/3 part Worm Castings

-Nutes : AN Sensi Grow A+B , Voodoo Juice , B-52 then Sensi Bloom A+B , Big Bud , Bud Candy , Pirahna, Overdrive, Flawless Finish.

Seeds :

7 Northern Lights X Big Bud Feminized Autos from World of Seeds ( 1 was lost in germination hanging)

1 Lemon Skunk Feminized Auto from Canuck Seeds (Freebie)

Here are the only pictures i took until recently since the start of the grow

Now we warp to pictures from today. I numbered all of the NL x BBs to keep track of feeding. I have no set feeding schedule im just trying to get used to weighing the pots and water when light but i might be letting t dry a bit much at times.

NL x BB 1, 2 and 3 are getting 1/4 Sensi Grow, Full B-52 and i just gave them their last Voodoo juice for now this week. They have been taking everything quite well.

Lemon Skunk Fem Auto with mild nute burn from a 1/4 dose i think but recovering nicely after 1 feeding of straight water

Jack Here Fem Auto with alot of stunting issues but it has a long time to Veg anyways so im not too worried.

These next little guys were placed in RRs a week later on the 7th since i kept a few in case i screwed up the first time lol
They have yet to receive any nutes besides some Voodoo and B-52.

Looks like a nice start you have. Plants are healthy looking, I think I saw 1 winking at me.
So I know you said....

Dont ask about the weight...

but, hehe... Whats the weight for???? Sorry the inner child can't resist. My motto in the garden is work with what you got, and if you don't got it, get creative. Is that you being creative? Screw an iron deficiency huh? lol.

So more seriously, I hope you enjoy the stay here. In no time you will be roasting a bowl of fresh greens. Grats on taking that step man. Till later take care.

Thanks for the welcome @elsamurai ! I was thinking of trying some LST but not sure since its my first grow. Im currently just trying to figure out how to tuck some fan leaves away lol

Welcome to the Log @Fuggzy ! I am actually quite surprised with myself on how well everthing is going sofar since ive never really grown much of anything lol

And since you ended up asking anyways heres a couple pics of whats going on with that weight

As you can see above since my 8 foot light is only hung at the ends it somehow caused the post to try to move up out of one of its brackets.

Here you can see the weight desperately trying to keep it in place. I should put a heavier one but too lazy and the real box im making with be completed in a week or two anyways.

I will update the actual grow in a few hours seeing as there has been some pretty explosive growth since i last updated Friday.

Welcome to the grow @olderthandirt ! Go ahead and have a laugh and think about my foil ducting tape reflector while your at it! lol Ive got to make some real ones soon out of some aluminum flatstock just need to use buddys bender.

Pretty much everything you will see me do will be MacGyvered or DIY because i never saw the point of paying way more for something i can make myself.

Now ive got to get my ass in gear and get an pictured update on here as i see to be attracting more and more attention as things progress :smoking:
