I gave them another feeding today upping the feed slightly to 2/5 veg nutes plus Rhizo and 0.5ml/l of Mg. I thought they looked a bit hungry. I also upped the power of the light to 120W and it's now 42cm away from the closest top.
They're finally big enough for a group shot. Left to right upper row, Masterkush and Mazar: On the lower row we have the Ortega Indica and the CBD Skunkhaze. The screen will probably come down in the next few days. It's time to get bending again.
Yup, that's the Ortega. At the moment it looks to be the biggest of the four but I imagine at some point the growth pattern will change and it will not be able to keep up with its sisters. At the rate they're currently growing I will be flipping them before 3 weeks. I want to keep them a bit smaller this time around. Last grow I flipped them at day 25 and they ended up growing too close to the light so I'm thinking around day 20 this time.
I put the screen in today as they're starting to reach that height. They seemed to have enjoyed the feed and the leaves are a slightly darker shade of green.
Upper row left to right: Masterkush and Mazar
Lower row left to right: Ortega Indica and CBD Skunkhace
With the screen in place
The Ortega leaves look a bit weird, they look a bit yellow, especially between the veins. It might be that it needs a bit more Mg so I will up the Mg content next feeeding. The lower leaves look evenly green so I'm not too concerned.
I also noticed that it has three fan leaves at this internode, haven't seen that before.
I'm gonna have to keep an eye on it. I flipped them today at day 20 so hopefully they should not get too big.
Day of the flip 20/1
I noticed a bit of brown spotting on one of the Masterkush leaves and I think it might be a slight cal deficiency so I switched out the mag supplement with cal-mag and let's see if that does the trick. I also added 2/5 of veg nutes and Rhizo. This was the last feeding with veg nutes as I will be switching over to bloom nutes from here on out.
They've all reached the screen and I started them on the first bend.
Masterkush
The leaf in question. Let me know if you think it's something other than cal def.
