Yep, 3 gallons of pHed water in the plant with the curl. That will wash, or leach, the excess N out of the soil. The plant may droop a little for a day or so but should be fine after that. I'd suggest laying off the foliar feed also. With your soil and what you are giving with your regular feedings I doubt you need the extra. I normally don't do any foliar feeds unless I have a deficiency and I need to get something to the plants quickly.

JM outlined the feeding for you in post #239.

Weight of the pots is be best way. Deficiencies will manifest themselves in things like the clawing you experienced, discoloration on leaves, etc. You'll know them when you see them, you just might not know what they are. Just watch your plants and they will tell you if something is wrong.

ok just got done flushing(nitrogen excess)i gave three gallons of water to each three gallon smart pot..lots of runoff, i gently squezzed all the excess water from bottom of pots before i put back in tent, i hope this helps with the CLAWING.@muddy, they have begun to droop as you said,ph in water was about 6-5 going in,god i hope i did this right. :booya:
