I am.pretty sure @BigSm0 delivers to Europe (cobshop.net) but I think there might be a bunch of taxes involved.

So it depends.
It depends da how big your room is and how many lights you need. It depends on if you already have the ancillary materials required to build it, putty, glue, soldering iron etc...
Also how easy is it to get all the materials, and lastly It depends how adept you are at building things like this. It could be the cheapest thing in the world, but if you don't know how to use a soldering iron, not gonna be much help...

Also, I love the solitaire design. Being able to add cobs, take them away, raise or lower them.as needed...
Also @Daipot might have trouble sourcing some of that stuff where he resides.
