Indoor Buds forming new buds

Hey guys,
Why my ww xxl auto, day 73 is forming new buds on top of old ones?
Brand new white hairs is forming on top of buds, is it normal?

That is a foxtail. Typically plants foxtail because of stress but it could be genetics. Light stress (too much light) and a light leak are the type of stress that causes foxtailing. I have also seen foxtailing from overuse of certain fulvic and humic products.

Foxtails I only see form genetic abnormalities, or when my temps have run high... and yeah.. humic acids.
I run NftG nutes, I ride the Zeus Juice (humic acid) lite the last half of flower.

Other than looks, shouldn't be an issue
