On those cheap meters The decimal goes right before the tenths place. Ex. If your meter shows 732 it would be .732EC, if your meter shows 7324 it would be 7.3EC, 73 would be .073EC
Make sure your on the EC setting of the meter
Turn your meter on and look for what it's reading, ppm. EC etc. It'll say on the bottom right of the display which scale it's reading. Mode button at the top will toggle through each.
They look good to me besides the mentioned claw starting post a pick of the reading when u mix it up that will let us know everything we can help more from there
