best yielding strain of these two?

Is width definitely more important then height? Only asking because I'm new to this. Is it fact or debatable? I think my wording in the beginning would have gotten me a mouth full of red pepper as a kid.
My 1st grow started before I found AFN was in 3 gallon pots, tied them honeys down hard, even to other pots and tent posts...AFN helped me finish em up respectful. about 6 inches over on any side you could measure and only about half the pots were full of roots.....granted using Happy Frog soil, and figuring out my PH was off till corrected...but 2nd grow was much better and 2.5 gallon fabric "bags" in a wire frame...same size root ball...all in all, we experiment like crazy, roots grow down, roots grow sideways......it's your grow, grow it like you want it. :baked:

Your not derailing anything, I been considering getting some tall pots for awhile just to try.
True that..my current Anvil / Blackstrap grow is in 1 gallon nursery pots to try out/test what I can do...Shyte, some our peeps do fantastic things in solo cups..

My next grow I am planning on doing two normal size 7 gallon grow bags, then my third will be my home made 5 gallon bucket wicking pot, and using a tall 5 gallon bag as kind of a liner. All I'm thinking is cleanup with #3, cause truth be told, I been known to puff a few, and I'm not mister energetic all the time.

My experience is that my auto roots grow downwards more than outwards. I get longer veg times the larger the pot. My roots do grow outward more, but they don’t necessarily hit the sides. They do hit the bottom. My idea has been that the taproot hitting bottom signals time to flower.

A FB Orange Sherbet in a 5 gallon pot resulted in a plant less than half the size of the current one I have going in the thread I linked to the one in the 10 gallon experiment.

My 1st grow was in 5 gallon pots, but I am moving up to 7 gallon this next grow. People do seem to swear by pot size giving bigger plants. And I dont have the experience to argue, so I'm gonna bide by that rule until I get enough grows under my belt to draw my own conclusions.

I just started a double grape seed grow in 2 gallon pots. I know that's small for a final pot but it's larger than I usually start with. There are five plants and I'm going to experiment -topping some, LST for some and I might let one just do its own thing so I can see for myself how well the plant does with different training styles. It's all for seed anyway...

In the past I've always started in small pots and incrementally up-potted. A 50 shades of grape I chopped today looks like it netted me 1/4 ounce and it's in a five gallon pot. It might be more - mephisto autos produce super dense buds that always weigh much more than I'd think after drying.

I have very little space and stay close to my plant limit, so it's hard to plant in the final pot, but I'm sure that's part of my problem.

I'm going to be watching your grow, cause I will be starting mine right around the time you finish.

Getting ready to do my 2nd grow next month. I have Tangerine Dream and Zkittlez seeds, both auto flower seeds. I can only do two, maybe 3 plants maximum at a time. Which strain is going to give me the best yield?
My first grow was Critical Purple and I got 4 grams shy of 8 ounces from two plants. I'm finding it very tough to predict what I need or how long my stash will last, this early in the game. When I was buying the stuff, a z would last 3 months, now its more like 6 weeks. I gotta stop rolling cheech and chong joints.
Speaking of cheech and chong, how comes no one's ever named a strain Labrador? LOL
Maybe look into an arizer solo vape to save your stash you use .2 at a time for 5 ten minutes. If your in America vapor.com had the silver one for 50bux with coupon code don't know if it's still on sale but you can look around the web. Just my 2xents @Mara Cachafa @Fermented_Fruitz @Kyote

I don’t think there’s necessarily anything wrong with transplanting as long as you’re doing it carefully. Though I wouldn’t want to transplant more than once, personally.

I used to transplant everything and got tired of it. So I soak the seeds now and put them in their final pot. No real difference in yields.

LST will definitely increase yields. But I’ve found it best to not be as aggressive as early as I used to be.
