@912GreenSkell thanks for the info mate, was thinking of LST'ing once the stretch starts in a bid to keep them down. I have plant training tools called "bendz" from one of my local hydro shops which clip onto the stalks and bend them 90 degrees, I'm a little scared of damaging the stalk though lol!
My biggest concern at the moment is pH'ing my water. Before nutes my tap water is pH 8-8.5 and after nutes is normally pH 5.5. I heard 6.5 is perfect for soil grows. The company who makes my soil and nutes say don't pH before watering. I have been pH'ing it to 6.5 anyway (with potassium bicarbonate, trying to stay "organic") but I'm not sure because of the conflicting views.
What do people think about this?
