I'm not sure how everyone else works their feeding schedule come to flower time so this should be very helpful to people wanting massive plants. Hold off on the PK till the stretch finishes. My girls just got the first transition feed yesterday so the buds should really start to produce. The stems are fattening, preflowers are appearing everywhere and they have just exploded in size.

Nutrient schedules are very basic and I remember following mine religiously when I first started growing. But over time I realized these schedules were not canna specific and surely not every strain will be the same. Feeding according to your plant is the only way to achieve yields you dream of.

That, I think, is the toughest part. I am trying to become the cannabis whisperer. With every harvest I learn something.
Change is the toughest part. Strains, nutes ext. this is my second run with flora duo and I'm fairly happy with it. But then again my 2 part complete system now has 9 additions now too. Ever read the bottles at the hydro store. I do and think my plants need one of each. Lol

I rarely go to hydro shops. I buy online. This is my first year growing and I've used nothing but AN. I opted for, what I thought would be, the easiest setup for a beginner.
Once I am comfortable enough I would like to go organic. Maybe I would suffer in yield without synthetics. But it is, after all, supposed to be medicine. I'm not a big fan of ingesting chemicals.

Your absolutely right yeaster. Kinda scary when you think about it. But for most of us hopefully the plant filters all that nasty stuff out.

Then there was 6.

Living up to that large reputation. Poor things are taking abuse from the scrog though. I usually set it up just to hold the buds up but this time since I have the space im using it like its intended. Pulling and tucking stems to get better penetration.

Tuesday was the first transition feed and tonight will be the first true flower feed. Hope I didn't stall them in veg mode to long. I have 5 plants that are absolutely huge, of the biggest at this 40 or 50 day time frame. So I'm really optimistic on the end result. Think this mephisto and Amare Combo is a force. My mind is 100% made up on the next 10 grows.

Holy shit Smo, guy, dude, bro! They are massive! Seeing those, I definitely restricted mine by having an over crowded tent.
This is going to be a haul. Sweet

Thanks yeaster. I'm up against the wall here too. Way my rooms set up 9-12 need to fit in the tables and my little veg spot holds 9-12 more seedlings around this time.

Currently I have only 6 in the tables, 3 on the floor next to them under a pro4. 4 @day 25 in the veg spot and 2 more seedlings that just popped. At whatever day I'm at now I need to drop 9 more and have absolutely no space for it. Got some work to do tonight that's for sure. I knew they got big but being my first attempt I wasent expecting this size. 36 inches tall and 42 from left to right.

36 inches tall and 42 from left to right.

That's about 6" wider than mine. Those trays are 3x3?
I have learned a lesson in overcrowding this time. I just harvested a Jack Herer, earlier than I would like. Because I had to cram all the plants together alot of buds weren't getting proper light penetration. I suffered an oz., easily.

You have the nets for support, which is going to be well needed very soon. If you didn't have the nets, would you stake them, tie them, when they start leaning heavy? I ask this because I have many colas leaning from weight. My theory is, they have been supporting each other from being pressed against each other. Now, that support is gone. Would you, in my case, let them spread out for a while, in hopes they strengthen up from a good fan wind? Or, would you implement support now?

Stake it as soon as you can. Last run I had 15 plants at day 50 in a 4x8. When I took them out at over 5 1/2 feet tall they just flopped right over. This was pathetic. I sold 6 plants of this crop for 900 dollars 3 weeks before this picture was taken because I didn't have the room. So only 9 in here now.

I had a few stakes down and also about 40 of the yoyo's helping. But as soon as I took them out and into here they basically stopped adding size.

The scrog is helpful in training and also support. As the plant continues to grow and add weight it can sense the missing support and will stop producing there. At flower they don't do much as far as strengthening. So your much much better off doing what you can now.
