Has anyone on this form but a little guide out say with how many inches the light should be at different weeks or stages of the plants life?
From my experience, especially with the Mars IIs, is it can be very strain-dependent. I ran a pair of Dinafem WWs a couple years back and with the MarsII, I had the light less than 1ft (30cm-ish), from the plants and they didn't bleach one bit.. I just grew some very tasty NLxBB, and even with the lights approximately 1.5ft above the canopy, the plants were still stressed.. You can tell the stress by the leaves curling up; generally indicative of heat stress (lights being close), and as I was told and reaffirmed, MarsIIs use UV LEDs which generate more heat than the typical red/blue/white.. I do fully agree; that light needs to come down a bit to fully utilize it's power.. Tough to get a good dimension, but I'd start 18" (approx. 40-50cm), and see if they respond well to it.. You'll know within a day or 2 if it's too close.. Trust me on that one..
I don't have a mars so I'm not sure, but each company usually has a guide my particular one is 20 inches away but they are only fragile little seedlings right now flowering is even a closer distance I believe 10 inches not sure.. honestly I'd put them as close as possible without heat issues. If you go to their website and find your particular light it will be under the specification section. My company was nice and it came with a brochure for the hanging distances. That picture you posted looks like the light is way to far away though

Thanks man! She stopped at 21". I may have given her too much cal/mag so gonna give it a rest. Today marks her at 7 weeks so not sure how many weeks are left. Hairs just started turning brown
A little worried. Might have made the wrong decision in trimming some leaves that were turning yellow & necrotic. From what I've read there are some mixed feelings on removing leaves. Here's what the leaf looked like. It also spread to one of the five leafs and it started to get brown and crisp at the end. It seemed to have stopped. Tried a light feeding of cal mag today. Will see how it looks tomorrow.

Also, will be germinating two more seeds to add to my tent. Thinking of doing a Sour Stomper (mmmm grapey) and a White Chem since I haven't found any grow journals on it yet. Some changes for this next run will be: 2 gallon air pots, clay balls at the bottom of pots, more perlite, and most importanly will try to figure a way to monitor my ph

Forsure, Ive lowered it about 4 inches in the past two days. She kinda opened up a bit. Still really short at 30ish days tho...Get your LED closer they can handle it lower it 5cm at a few days
Cool, my two new seeds should be following behind your lil girl pretty soon.They are in paper towels as we speak.
Judging by your symptoms and the look of the plant, you're possibly running too hot or your pH is off.. You may wanna check your runoff pH and maybe abstain from giving it any nutrients other than plain water for a couple days..
