My girls seem to be doing good. Sour crack #1 #2 first leaves are doubling in size every time I look seems to be on par with everybody else's seedlings.. DBC mutant first leaves are starting to pick up growth thankfully. I see that the Stem of the DBC lays sideways in the jiffy. Wondering if I should have cut her and not the younger sister. I didn't think I would think about things so much once I started. I guess that shows you can research all you want but the real research starts when you truely plant the seed.

Is there a way to edit the title of the thread? Figured it out. Will post updates at lights on.

So a little about my setup.

4x4x6'6"
irradiator air cooled hood. 600w super hps eyehortilux, dimmable ballast to 400w now. I know it's HPS and I should use MH my bad.
18/6 light schedule

Carbon filter - air hood - 6" inline fan (speed control). So passive intake from bottom of tent.

Germinated in jiffy #7 with ph'd RO and canna rhizotonic

Using hempy 5 gallon ( Worried to big now but it's going to have to do. )

Transplanted to hempy bucket now which is hydorton balls to the hole. Then 4 parts perlite to 1ish vermiculite the rest of the way. (If you are starting on page 3) I killed the non mutant DBC when transplanting) waiting on sprout of new bean.

PH target 5.8
Will be using canna aqua veg line, botanicare cal mag and rhizotonic for now. At roughly 1/4 strength since first leafs are developing. Water a little in the morning and at night.

My light has been slowly worked down from 26" to 16"-17" inches at glass. Any recommendations? I'm just going by how they look. Should I be measuring at the bulb and not glass?

Temps lights on 77-79 and RH 40% lights off 66ish and RH 70ish

DBC has the monitor other two are Sour crack. Day 4 from sprout. As you can see the DBC is stunted. She was the first to sprout. The tallest is just a smidge over 2inches. Sorry my camera sucks and I tried to get a good pic of each with the measuring tape but the light just came on.

The DBC I put in a jiffy to germ hasn't poked yet. The seed to me looked a little imature compared to the others. I don't know much though. It was just a pale brown and looked different. Will give it a few more days.

Other girls are doing good. SC#2 almost 21/2 inches tall? To much stretch? The other SC#1 isn't stretching like her sister? I saw that temps with lights on somehow got up to 82 last night. I need to better vent my room the tent is in.

So my DBC finally sprouted but it looks very strange? Think she will be okay? Best pictures I could get.

Did the root grow up first? Not sure if that's possible.

Here is SC#1. She is doing the best now. I traded spots in the tent between her and SC #2. SC#2 has slight leaf curl? Will post pics.

Edit: about 6 hours later and SC#2 is perkier.

DBC twin mutant that survived is just cruising not as big as the SC but as developed I'd say.
