Maybe try adding more then 1 drop! Seems like too low a dose to do anything! But different treating pond water vs a soil! Soil u need it to stay in the soil to kill eggs etc vs it turning a pond toxic to mosquitoes and their youngins!

Yeah im dosing all my soil with nematodes, indoors and outdoors, just as a preventative, from here on out. Seen way to many crawlies in organics amd at this point i refuse to grow any ohther way

Thanks for the reps @Mañ'O'Green Not sure what exactly they do but thank you! And they are very smart animals indeed! Never a dull moment when those two get together. They were adopted the same day and even rode hime together from the humane society. They share a special bond

I've only done solos but i do have a twisted up 5 gal in there now. Its supposed to stay small so i might leave her in there. I will probably be adding supplemental lighting but the spider farmer sf1000 is supped to be pretty good quality light, newest samsung lm301h evo diodes and has uv and deep red as well
