Wife tossed some baby back on the smoker 225f for 3-4hrs, then they got vacuum sealed into the sous vide overnight at 145f. Then to finish on the grill fresh corn on the cob started first and moved to top rack, placed the ribs on flipped a couple times till I slathered on green tomato jalapeño jam on one & other with remaining bbq sauce.

No really...Lovely plates, around what time does one normally skooch on?

They were out of shrimp this morning as I was shopping before the deliveries today so I had to get scallops :cools:

I think I can endure the pain.:rofl:

Homemade Sourdough Jacks on the griddle sautéed onions then slide over and proceeded to cook hamburgers to soak up the butter onion flavor of the griddle. Wife butter toasted the sourdough slices on the flat iron. Previous before the burgers wife smoked buffalo turds. Sliced jalapeño deseeded filled with cream cheese topped with mini smoked sausage wrapped in bacon. The smoker set at 225f and cook for 2 1/2-3hrs. Came out delicious.

My daughter is in Hawaii and getting her fill on stuff she likes. Spam Musubis are like a daily thing for her there. Then they went out and had Spam Katsu with Curry Sauce. Other friends with her had the Ramen bowl. Wish she’d send me more pics of their food finding adventures.
