Grab it if you see it. I mail order it or have brother in law send it from an Italian import/grocery in Tampa. Best pasta you can buy! Not cheap, but worth it. We use De Cecco for the usual...Still looking for a condensed video of the one I posted. Guy is French in the vid, but a great cook and lots of Italian. He's obsessive as well. One episode he tracks down some store in Paris where all they sell is black pepper

This place is amazing as well. Bakery and they own a deli that operates as a restaurant as well. All their food is crazy amazing and quite possibly the best pizza in Rome. First place I go when I get there. Always bookend a trip with a couple days at the end. Cheaper to fly out of too
